"Services" stands for the Company's writing services provision with these terms and conditions.
"Product": stands for the text that was written and produced by the Company. It can be an article, a paper, a press release, or any other document that a Customer ordered and paid for.
"Customer", "You", "Yours": stand for the Customer who places an order with the Company and whose order the Company accepts.
Products and Services of the Company
Academic Writing is papers written and drafted by freelance experts. All the rights and ownership regarding the Services of these experts were transferred to the Company. The Company retains the full copyright, and Academic papers are provided only for non-commercial use.
The Customer does not hold the copyright to an academic paper hence is not permitted to pass the paper off as their own. We provide academic papers to the Customer only for reference and research purposes. Any acts of academic fraud, dishonesty, or plagiarism are not encouraged, condoned, or conducted by the Company. We will not knowingly allow any Customer to violate copyright laws or commit plagiarism, as the Company strongly abides by and adhere to all copyright laws. Customer agrees that any of the ideas and/or text they borrow, refer to, reference, or use in any other way from the academic paper must be cited accordingly and attributed to this Website, as the academic paper they receive is only provided as an example document and a model for research use.
Website Content is a text written or edited by freelance experts who transferred ownership and all rights regarding the Services to the Company and intended for publication on websites.
Text for publication on websites becomes the Customer's intellectual property as it is transferred to the Customer. The Customer hereby has the right to use this content for any purposes, including but not limited to reproducing, distributing, amending, and publishing.
Editing and Proofreading is reviewing a document provided by a Customer. It involves providing suggestions and revisions about the document's content focusing on overall readability, language accuracy, and flow.
Copywriting is copywriting materials that are drafted to promote an idea, a person, Service, or Product. It includes promotional articles, sales letters produced by freelance experts who transferred ownership, and all rights regarding the Services to the Company.
Purchased copywriting materials are transferred to a Customer and become the Customer's intellectual property. A customer has the right to use them in any way, including but not limited to amending, publishing, distributing, and reproducing.
Refund Guarantee
The Customer will provide accurate facts about the order and clear order instructions to the Company. The Customer will also use reasonable care for a Product's expected success. The Company will fully cooperate with a Customer.
If the Customer wishes to request a refund, they must provide the refund request in a written form through the Customer Admin Panel or via e-mail within 4 days after delivery of the Product for the request to be considered by the Company. If the request is provided after the expiration of the stated above timeline, it will not be considered by the Company. All the refunds are provided at the Company's discretion or as stated in these terms and conditions.
In case of a delay of the Product delivery, we will recalculate the price according to a new deadline, in consideration that the Product price depends on a particular delivery option. We will refund the difference in price between the ordered and the final deadline.
If any of the following occur, the Company will not satisfy a refund request and be held liable.
Balance
Customers are able to top up their balance with the company (1 coin = 1 USD) and then use it with other discount offers. They can pay for their order in full with their balance or not use it at all. If the customer adds money to their account, they can receive a refund. Otherwise, their balance is not eligible for a refund.
Discounts
The Company provides seasonal offers that can be applied per Customer and per order basis. These offers are not cumulative. A Customer is free to choose whether to use them or ignore them. The Company will not satisfy a request to refund a discount.
Verification
The Company may request a Customer to pass a verification procedure as a part of the fraud prevention policy. This procedure may involve billing confirmation or order-related information in a written form or over the phone. The Company requests the verification procedure within 2 hours after receiving the payment confirmation by the Company. If the Customer fails to pass the verification procedure in a reasonable time, within 2 hours after receiving the payment confirmation by the Company, the completed Product delivery might be delayed.
Lack of Instructions/ Uncertain Instructions
A Customer agrees to provide the Company with complete and full order instructions within 2 hours after receiving the payment confirmation by the Company. If the Customer provides the complete instructions with a delay, the Company may treat it as instructions change. It may involve an extra editorial fee that a Customer must cover in full. The lack of instructions or uncertain instructions may as well result in a completed Product delivery delay.
Conflicting Instructions
A Customer agrees to make a reasonable effort to provide the Company with clear order instructions. Conflicting instructions may as well result in a completed Product delivery delay.
Decent Co-operation and Support
A Customer agrees that if they fail to provide guidance or instructions during the provision of the Service it may result in the completed Product delivery delay. The Company will not be responsible for this delay. We recommend checking the e-mail regularly in case a freelance expert has questions while working on the Product. If a Customer provides an incorrect phone number or fails to check the messages, it may result in the completed Product delivery delay.
Uncommon or Uncertain Sources
In case the sources required to be used for the fulfillment of an order are not easily available for the general public or are rare, a Customer agrees to provide the Company with the materials within 2 hours after receiving the payment confirmation by the Company. If a Customer fails to provide the materials within the mentioned above timeline, the completed Product delivery might be delayed.
The Deadline of Revision
A freelance expert will require extra time to deliver the completed Product if a Customer requests a revision under the Free Revision Guarantee. This case does not count as late delivery under Money Back Guarantee
Upfront of a Payment
A Customer agrees that the inability to pay for the order upfront once the Customer has selected the deadline and filled out the order form on the Website may delay a completed Product delivery. Due to the fact that a freelance expert is only allocated to the order once the order has been paid.
Extended Deadline
A new extended deadline will be selected based on the lateness period, if there is any, in case a Customer chooses to provide an expert additional time to deliver a Product.
Plagiarism-free Guarantee
Before a Product is delivered to a Customer, it Product gets scanned by a Company for the availability of duplicate copies online. The work is revised if plagiarism is detected.
In case a Customer detects plagiarism in the completed Product, a Company will refund the amount of payment proportionate to the plagiarism that a Customer detected in the Product.
The similarity in references and use of standard expressions are not regarded as plagiarism. Therefore, they will be excluded from the Product's detected plagiarism estimate. No Plagiarism Guarantee will be applied to the cases when it is obvious that the plagiarism has been detected because of a software mistake or when the plagiarism estimate is minor. The Customer agrees that the Company's decision about the exact plagiarism estimate detected in the Product is final.
Customer's Initiative about Order Cancellation
A Customer agrees that the Company selects a freelance expert to complete a project once a Customer pays for the order. Therefore, refunds will be given only according to the states in these terms cases. For other cases, a discount or refund is provided only at the discretion of the Company.
A Customer can cancel an order at any time before payment submission.
If a freelance expert has not been allocated to a project after an order has been paid for when a Customer stated a wish to cancel an order, the Company will refund 80% of the total amount the Customer paid.
If a freelance expert has been allocated to a project after an order has been paid for when a Customer stated a wish to cancel an order, the Company will refund 40% of the total amount that the Customer has paid.
Free of Charge Revision Guarantee/Corrections to Completed Work
The Company agrees that a product can be corrected for free if a Customer believes that the delivered Product does not follow the guarantees set on our Website or the initially provided instructions. A Customer must provide a revision request in a written form via the Customer Admin Panel or by e-mail within 14 days of the date of delivery. It is assumed that the received Product satisfies a Customer and is not eligible for a free revision if a Customer does not provide a revision request within 14 days.
The time that a freelance expert needs for the work correction does not regard to the initial order deadline. Extra time may be granted to a freelance expert, who requires it to deliver the completed Product at a Customer's discretion.
A Customer is eligible to have the Product revised for a nominal fee set on an Individual basis if more than 14 days have passed from the completion date or if revision instruction contradicts the initial order instruction or does not fall within the initial order instructions. The nominal fee will depend on the scope of work involved.
Payment Process and Fees
The charges for the services that the Company provides are shown on the Company's Website. A Company may set own rate for delivery of the Service if an order requires to be corrected in an inconsistent with the initial order instructions way or if an order requires an irregular type of Service provided on the Company's Website.
A Customer must pay for the order upfront, given the fact that the Company is reasonably confident that it is eligible to allocate a freelance expert to deliver the Product. If the Company failed to allocate a freelance expert to deliver the work, but a Customer has already provided the payment, the Company will refund the full payment made in advance.
The refund will be provided to a Customer using the debit or credit card that the Customer used to submit the initial payment in case the Company agrees to refund the total or partial amount of the payment.
The Company will offer a Customer a future order credit if a Customer made a Wire Transfer to a Company's bank account.
The Company provides all the refunds at the Company's discretion or as stated in these terms.
A Completed Product Delivery
The Company will use the e-mail that a Customer used while registering on the Company's Website to deliver a completed Product. A Customer can also download a completed product directly from the Customer Admin Panel.
A Customer agrees to contact the Company to overcome possible technical difficulties by working with the Company if a Customer does not receive a completed Product by the deadline. A representative will help and assist a Customer in receiving a completed Product.
In case there is any malfunction of Customer's Internet Service Provider or mail-server occur, the Company will not be liable for any technical delivery problems or delays.
Privacy and Security
The Company will only disclose any of the Customer's information provided while the order placement for the cases when it is required to pursue any fraudulent transactions or/and by a lawful authority.

Links to the Third Parties
Links to the other resources or websites may be provided by the Website or Company staff. A Customer agrees that the Company is not liable for direct or indirect loss or damage that the use of the linked websites may cause.
Liability Limitation
By no means will the Company be liable for any punitive, consequential, special, incidental, direct, indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of the delivered Product or the Website.

YourDissertation.com does not advertise or provide services, guarantees, customer support, or website access to individuals or entities from “Prohibited Jurisdictions”, which are the following: England and Wales, the Republic of Ireland, the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan.
